Important Insurance Update

We’ve had to make some tough decisions recently and are now out of network with certain insurance plans. Unfortunately, the reimbursement rates offered to private practice physical therapy providers no longer cover the cost of delivering the high-quality care you deserve.

What This Means for You:

  • If we are out of network with your insurance plan, you still have options, and we can still be your physical therapy provider.
  • Payment will be collected at the time of service.
  • We will submit a claim to your insurance on your behalf.
  • If you have out-of-network benefits, your insurance company may reimburse you directly.

If you have any questions, we are here to help you navigate this process!
